杨明山. 士林夜市 (29 Feb 2008)
杨明山
Spring is here so of course we had to make a trip to Yang Ming Shan to look at the flowers. Before I went to Yang Ming Shan, a fellow Singaporean studying in Cheng Chi warned me that the flowers are withering already (probably due to the cold weather). Took the MRT to Dan Shui where we then transferred to the bus which took us up up up the hill...
SHE & Me (Hohohoho see I'm standing next to Hebe)
This is the day after we went to Jiu Fen. As I mentioned in my earlier entry, we climbed flights and flights of steps and when we went to Yang Ming Shan... hoho as the name suggests, hill = climbing. Our first stop was the visitor's centre. Honestly I thought a visitor's centre should be easily accessible, but then I was wrong. It was way up the hill. I have this feeling we made a wrong turn or sth... But we did get there eventually. Made some enquires & had a kind ol' man give us directions on the place and off we were to admire the flowers in their full bloom...
(We have been trying to figure out what is Du Juan in English)

Don't you think the flowers behind me look like cabbage!!
I was pretty happy to see some Jap words I was able to read. Cheap thrill
Interesting name for a food. Didn't expect it would look like this. It's thick toasted bread filled with ham & bacon & cheese. Reminds me of pizza :) Ohh & I think I rmb mayonnaise
We must really make a trip back to Shi Lin to try the different food there :)))
P.S: Sorry if it's not so descriptive coz I can't really rmb the details
